Apricot Jello Mold

Ingredient

• 2 small boxes or 1 large box apricot jello
• 2 C boiling water
• 1 large or 2 small cans apricot halves, drained
• 1 16 oz container sour cream
• 2 small jars Earth’s Best apples and apricots baby food

Directions

• Dissolve jello in water
• Add sour cream and baby food, beat
• Pour into mold
• Add apricots
• Chill

Note: Walmart usually has apricot jello, but if you can’t find it, substitute peach jello.
