Welcome to the Temple Sinai Religious School!
Our dedicated staff of professional teachers provides a caring and creative learning environment for our children.
- Kindergarten through Grade Seven meets on Saturday mornings. During the morning, the students engage in a variety of learning experiences, including music and Tefilah.
- Grades Three through Seven meet on Wednesday afternoons, as well.
- Sinai High (Grades Eight and Nine) meets two to three times a month on Monday evenings. .
- The Post-Confirmation class meets once a month.
Each grade, along with their parents, enjoys periodic Family Education Programs on a variety of subjects including Shabbat, Rituals, Holidays, B’nai Mitzvah and Torah. Several times a year, we have school-wide programs coinciding with Holidays. Each year, students in Grades 3–9 lead a Friday night service, preceded by a family pot luck dinner. Grade 6 students lead a Saturday morning service in preparation for their B’nai Mitzvah, followed by a family potluck luncheon.
We believe that each child, along with their family, should feel that they are a part of our Temple community right from the beginning of their Religious School experience. We encourage participation in services, family education programs and volunteerism, as well as socializing with other families, in and out of Religious School.
When you are at Temple Sinai Religious School, you are truly “home!”
